An at-risk 71-year-old man who had last been seen in Palmdale has been located, authorities announced Monday evening.
Arthur Clarence Brown had last been seen at 4 p.m. Thursday near West Palmdale Boulevard and Trade Center Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated a Silver Alert on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
He has since been located, but as is typical in missing persons cases, details about when or where he was found were not provided.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate searches for missing elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired people.
