One of two people found dead inside a vehicle in the University Park section of Los Angeles was identified by county authorities Thursday.
Cedrick Bardavid, 35, was identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office. According to the coroner’s office, Bardavid’s cause of death has not been determined.
The bodies of Bardavid and a woman were found at about 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of West 24th Street after someone reported a foul odor coming from the vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene and the county medical examiner’s office was working to identify the woman and determine her cause of death.
Police added they believe Bardavid and the unidentified woman were not victims of foul play.
