A man driving a car at a high rate of speed rear-ended another car and was killed in Palmdale, authorities said Monday.
The crash occurred at about 7:10 p.m. Sunday at Rancho Vista Boulevard and Dunbar Street, Lt. W. Edson of the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station told City News Service.
The man driving a 2019 Audi RS 3 was pronounced dead at the scene, Edson said.
The man driving a 2004 Scion xB was taken to a hospital by ambulance with major injuries, he said.
The crash was under investigation.
