A person involved in an apparent beer heist at a Palmdale 7-Eleven fired a shot at a store employee Friday, but the worker was not injured.
Deputies responded at about 12:30 a.m. to the store in the 1800 block of East Palmdale on reports of an assault with a deadly weapon, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s officials said a shot was fired at the employee during the heist that involved multiple suspects, but the worker was not struck by the gunfire.
There was no immediate description available of the suspects.
