A 31-year-old man was killed in a rollover collision that injured two others in Koreatown, police said Thursday.

Los Angeles Police Department officers were called at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday to the intersection of West First Street and North Vermont Avenue, where they learned the victim, driving a blue sedan north on Vermont, collided with a dark-colored SUV headed east on First, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.

The driver in the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel. Paramedics took a passenger from the sedan and a passenger from the SUV to hospitals in stable conditions, police said.

The collision is being investigated by the LAPD’s West Traffic Division.
