A man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly driving the wrong way on the Harbor (110) Freeway near Torrance.
California Highway Patrol officers responded at 12:43 a.m. Wednesday to reports of a driver traveling the wrong way in a dark-colored Volkswagen SUV near the 110 Freeway and Gage Avenue in South Los Angeles.
The suspect was later seen just after 1 a.m. near Redondo Beach Boulevard and the 110 Freeway, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
CHP officers stopped the vehicle at Hamilton Avenue and Torrance Boulevard, where the driver was arrested.
