Authorities are investigating Monday after one man was killed and two others wounded in a shooting inside a parking structure near the grand opening of a Marathon Burgers in Long Beach.

Long Beach Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting at 3:32 p.m. Sunday near the grand opening of the Marathon Burgers restaurant at 245 Pine Ave. in Long Beach.

Three men were taken by ambulance to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead, said police. The other two men had stable vital signs. Their identities were not disclosed.

Footage of the aftermath of the incident posted on social media shows at least one victim being loaded into an ambulance.

No suspects were in custody, and no descriptions or motives were available, according to police.

Marathon Burger is a fast-food chain founded by the late rapper Nipsey Hussle and his family. The restaurant was built in partnership with rapper Snoop Dogg, who was in attendance at the event, which is currently under investigation.
