Fire crews responded at 8:49 p.m. Wednesday to 1451 S. La Cienega Blvd. south of Pico Boulevard where they learned no patient extrication was needed, but the sedan required removal from the left side of the store’s front window by LAFD crews, said LAFD spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
One person was taken to a hospital for observation by LAFD paramedics.
A team from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety was slated to visit the site Thursday to examine the building’s structural integrity, Lantz said.
