A fire broke out Tuesday at a residence in San Jacinto that displaced two adults and two children.
The blaze was reported at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Sarona Court, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said crews encountered a fire on the second story of the building, which was contained at 9:10 a.m.
The Red Cross was requested to assist with the displaced people.
Crews were expected to remain at the scene for an additional hour for overhaul and salvage.
No injuries were immediately reported, and the cause of the fire was being investigated.
