An Endangered Missing Advisory is in effect Wednesday for a 41-year-old man who was reported missing in the Pico-Union District of Los Angeles.
Francisco Rios was last seen Tuesday at South Alvarado and West 12th streets at approximately 8:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Rios is Latino, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray pants and white shoes. Authorities say Rios is believed to be traveling on foot.
Anyone who sees Rios is asked to call 911.
The CHP issues Endangered Missing Alerts if the missing person is developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired, has been abducted, is ill or is unable to otherwise care for themselves and may be in peril.
