Two deputies were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehice collision in West Hollywood.
The crash was reported at 12:10 p.m. Thursday at the busy intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Street, according to the Los Angeles County fire and sheriff’s departments.
A fire department spokesman said two people who sustained minor injuries were taken to a hospital.
The sheriff’s department confirmed the two were deputies who had been involved in a crash at the intersection.
The driver of the other vehicle declined transport and was seen speaking with investigators, according to a report from the scene.
It was not immediately clear if the deputies were on a call or if the cruiser had its emergency lights and siren activated when the crash occurred.
