Authorities sought the public’s assistance Friday in locating an at-risk 83-year-old non-verbal woman last seen at her home in Cerritos.
Ming-Shui Yu Hsieh was last seen at approximately 9 p.m. Thursday in the 20000 block of Rhoda Circle, about a block north of Del Amo Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Hsieh was captured on surveillance video at approximately 8:55 a.m. Friday near the 20000 block of Rhoda Circle, sheriff’s officials said.
She was described as a 4-foot-11-inch-tall Asian woman with gray hair and brown eyes, who was last seen wearing a pink and gray sweatshirt, a black jacket, gray shoes with light blue laces.
