The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sunday circulated a photo of a 21-year-old man with various mental health conditions who went missing in the City Terrace community of unincorporated Los Angeles County.
Richard White, who is medication dependent, was last seen about 4:10 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of Marengo Street, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
White was described as a 6-foot White male weighing 193 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, black shoes with yellow soles, and carrying a backpack.
