A man was fatally injured early Tuesday morning in South Gate, authorities said.
The death occurred at about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 5600 block of Imperial Highway, just east of the Los Angeles River, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No further information was immediately provided.
