Police Thursday sought the public’s help in locating an at-risk 60-year-old man who went missing in Long Beach.

Charles Garner III, who has a medical condition that can cause him to become disoriented, was last seen around 8:50 p.m. Wednesday when he left his residence in the 3500 block of Wise Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Garner had no cell phone, according to police, who described the missing man as Black, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a blue and gray Dallas Cowboys jacket, a white thermal long-sleeved shirt, black pants and black Nike shoes when last seen.

Garner has the words ”cry now/smile later” tattooed on one of his biceps and the name ”Donna” on one of his wrists.

Anyone who spots him should call Long Beach Police Dispatch at 562-435-6711.
