A Silver Alert is in effect Thursday on behalf of a 67-year-old woman who was last seen in Silver Lake.
Frances Priest was last spotted at approximately 11 a.m. Wednesday near North Benton Way and Elsinore Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Priest is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 98 pounds ,has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a white top, black pants and tan boots.
Anyone with information regarding Priest’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
