A 39-year-old man who was found fatally shot in the unincorporated Antelope Valley community of Littlerock was identified Friday by county authorities.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office determined the victim was Bayron Herrera Pivaral.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Friday are continuing their investigation of the death of a man found in the unincorporated Antelope Valley community of Littlerock.
Deputies from the LASD Palmdale Station responded at 5:56 p.m. Friday to the area near 120th Street East and East Avenue Q regarding a shooting. When they arrived at the scene, deputies found the victim inside the driver’s seat of a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds, said Lt. German Ochoa.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics were called to the scene, where Pivaral was pronounced dead, Ochoa said.
