Fire Sunday damaged a single-story home in Winnetka, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 5:05 a.m. to the 20000 block of West Lanark Street had the fire out within 20 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
“Firefighters proceeded offensively, knocking down fire on the first floor before managing spread to the attic,” said LAFD spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
