The Palm Springs Ariel Tramway will host its annual tree lighting ceremony Sunday.
The event will be held at One Tram Way at 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The ceremony will feature emcee Patrick Evans, who is a KESQ meteorologist, 2024 American Idol winner Abi Carter as special guest and a performance by the Palm Springs High School Choir and String Quartette.
The choir and quartette will perform at 5:30 p.m. during the tree lighting ceremony and give another performance at 7:30 p.m., according to the Palm Springs Ariel Tramway.
Anyone can attend the ceremony with purchase of a regular tram admission.
