A De Luz resident is displaced Monday after a two-story house caught fire.
The blaze in the 24600 block of Pajardo Road was reported shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday and extinguished by 8:50 p.m., according to Cal Fire and the Riverside County Fire Department. De Luz is a rural, unincorporated community in a mountainous section of northern San Diego County bordering on Temecula, in Riverside County.
Crews were expected to remain for about four hours.
No injuries are reported.
