A fire broke out Thursday in a single-wide mobile home in Homeland before it was stopped.
The non-injury blaze was reported shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday in the 26000 block of Sultanas Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
According to the department, the first arriving units encountered heavy smoke and fire coming from the residence, and it was contained around 9:30 a.m.
Crews were expected to remain at the scene for about two hours for mop-up work.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
