An Endangered Missing Advisory is in effect Saturday in Orange County for an at-risk 33-year-old patient at UCI Medical Center who was last seen near The Outlets at Orange mall.
Louis Delacruz was last seen at approximately 5:05 p.m. Friday near Lewis Street and West Metropolitan Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the UC Irvine Police Department.
Delacruz was described as a 5-foot-11-inch-tall man weighing 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown and red socks.
Anyone with information regarding Delacruz’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate a child or other endangered person who has been abducted or is unable to care for themselves and their safety is at risk.
