A fire damaged a house in the Westchester area Wednesday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 8300 block of South Vicksburg Avenue at 8:02 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story building in about a half hour, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
