The southbound Ventura (101) Freeway will be shut down between the Hollywood (170) Freeway and Vineland Avenue in Studio City during overnight hours Saturday evening through Tuesday morning so that crews can safely make urgent pavement repairs.
The first closure will run from 11 p.m. Saturday to 8 a.m. Sunday, reducing the southbound 170 connector to the southbound 101 to one lane. The connector will be reduced to two lanes the following two nights, according to Caltrans.
The interchange will be shut down between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday and Monday, according to Caltrans.
The dates and times of the closure is subject to change due to weather or operational reasons and Caltrans warned residents and businesses near the construction zone to “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
