A power outage Tuesday morning that left hundreds of residents of the Hollywood Hills in the dark is over.
The outage occurred early Tuesday, a few minutes after midnight, and left a large portion of the residential neighborhood without electricity.
The affected areas include residences and businesses north of Ellighton Drive, south of Yucca Street, east of the Hollywood (101) Freeway and west of Outpost Drive, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power spokeswoman Leah McKenzie told City News Service.
Power was restored at 10 a.m., DWP spokesman Albert Rodriguez said.
An outage in Mar Vista was also noted on the DWP’s outage map. It noted 2,389 customers were affected.
Power was restored to that area at 10:17 a.m., Rodriguez said.
