A motorcyclist was injured during a vehicle crash on a freeway transition road Saturday in Baldwin Park, authorities said.
The crash occurred about 10:45 a.m on the transition road from the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway to the northbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The condition of the motorcyclist was not immediately known.
