A 26-year-old man was charged Tuesday with molesting two boys in Cypress.
Sheehan Bradley Fernando was charged with oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years old or younger, forcible lewd act on a child, lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14 or younger, and using an underage person for obscene matter, all felonies. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct for using a concealed camera to secretly videotape a partially clothed victim in October, according to the criminal complaint.
The molestation charges date back to 2019, according to the complaint. For one of the victims it is alleged he kidnapped the boy, according to the complaint.
Fernando did not enter a plea at his arraignment Tuesday in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana. He was scheduled to be arraigned April 3 in the West Justice Center in Westminster.
