A Silver Alert was canceled Wednesday in Los Angeles and Orange counties for a 78-year-old man who had last been seen in Palms, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Luis Racca who went missing about 10 a.m. Tuesday was located.
No details were released regarding his condition or when and where he was located.
