Authorities requested the public’s assistance Friday in locating an at-risk 16-year-old girl last seen in Inglewood, prompting the issuance of an Ebony Alert for Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties.
Talisa Thierry was last seen on Wednesday at about 2:45 p.m. near East 99th Street and Myrtle Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Inglewood Police Department.
Thierry was described as a 5-foot-10-inch-tall girl weighing 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black head covering, a white shirt, black sweatpants and gray shoes.
Anyone with information regarding Thierry’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
Ebony Alerts are issued to help locate missing Black children, teenagers and young adults ages 12 to 25 who have disappeared under unexplained or suspicious circumstances, or who are at risk, developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired, or abducted.
