The 37th annual toy drive and fundraiser to benefit the Laurel Foundation will be held this weekend at the Palm Springs Art Museum.

Sam and Ashan Leslie will host the event from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at 101 Museum Drive. All proceeds will go to the foundation, which aims to support free, year-round mental health and social support programs for vulnerable youth.

It will feature a gourmet buffet curated by celebrity Chef Franco, live music by DJ Brian Chester of Let’s Party LA, a raffle, toy donations, silent and live auctions and private docent-led tours of the museum.

Additionally, the foundation has partnered with the museum’s Q+Art Initiative, which highlights LGBTQ+ artists and their work through exhibitions, talks and performances.

The Laurel Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993 that provides year-round educational and development programs for young people.

“All proceeds support youth and their families who often face emotional, social and mental health challenges, giving them the opportunity to thrive, grow and live authentically,” the foundation said in a statement.
