A 17-year-old girl who went missing in Lake Elsinore, triggering an Ebony Alert, has been located, authorities said Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol did not release where or when Brooklyn Spencer was located.
Spencer was last seen Monday near Fall Classic and Outfield at approximately 7:35 p.m., according to the CHP, which issued the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
