Intermittent lane closures were planned to occur in all directions near an intersection in Torrance due to a traffic signal installation Monday.
The closures will occur between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Lomita Boulevard and Madison Street, according to Torrance Public Works.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
