Authorities sought the public’s assistance Friday in locating a runaway 15-year-old boy last seen in Lawndale.
Jayden Castro was last seen around 8:30 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 14000 block of Grevillea Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Jayden was described as a 5-foot-6-inch-tall Hispanic boy weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and eyes and a thin mustache. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans, New Balance shoes, a necklace, bracelet, and stud earrings.
Sheriff’s officials said Jayden’s family is growing increasingly concerned about his well-being.
