A person was struck and injured Wednesday by an Amtrak train in Orange, authorities said.
The person was injured by Amtrak train 564 about 8:30 a.m. near La Veta Avenue in an area that is not a pedestrian area and not a grade crossing, according to Metrolink, and refused medical treatment.
Some rail delays of up to 25 minutes were reported, including Metrolink trains, while an investigation was conducted.
