Firefighters put out flames that engulfed an abandoned structure in Banning Saturday afternoon.
The fire was reported at 3:55 p.m. at 585 W. Westward Ave., according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
At 4:36 p.m., officials reported efforts were underway to make sure there were no hot spots.
No injuries were reported.
