One person was critically injured and two others were seriously hurt in a single-vehicle crash in La Habra, authorities said Friday.
A special medical team was flown in by helicopter from County-USC Medical Center to assist in freeing one person trapped in the wreckage, said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Ray Dong.
The crash occurred about 10:25 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Harbor Boulevard and Arbolita Drive, Dong said. One person was freed just before midnight and treated for injuries, Dong said.
Paramedics rushed all three people to an area hospital, said Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Chris Reade.
