Firefighters knocked down a vegetation and debris fire in Valley Glen Sunday.
The fire burned at 5600 Fulton Ave., near the Metro Orange Line Busway, which was temporarily closed. The blaze was reported at 6:49 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The fire was fanned by estimated 20-mile-per-hour winds, Humphrey said.
The Orange Line will remain shut down until the LAFD completes its operation, he said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, he said.
