An investigation was continuing Sunday into a non-injury fire that damaged a one-story, multi-family dwelling in the South Los Angeles area.
The fire was reported at 8:26 p.m. Saturday at 6926 S. Bonsallo Ave., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Margaret Stewart.
Flames were showing when 31 firefighters arrived, but crews doused the fire in 16 minutes, confining the damage to one unit, Stewart said. No one was inside the unit at the time of the fire.
