Four suspects attempted to burglarize a home in Tarzana Thursday evening and the homeowner said he fired shots at them.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a radio call at around 9 p.m. to the 19500 block of Greenbriar Drive, between Vanalden Avenue and Mulholland Drive, where they learned a homeowner found four suspects attempting to burglarize his home, Officer Matthew Cruz told City News Service.
The homeowner told police one suspect was armed and he said he fired multiple shots at suspects but it was unknown if anyone was struck by the gunfire, Cruz said.
The suspects fled the residence and were last seen running east on Greenbriar Drive and are still at large
It was not immediately known if the home invaders took any property.
