It took 30 firefighters 25 minutes to put out flames Saturday at a business in a single-story, L-shaped commercial building in the Manchester Square area of Los Angeles.
The fire was reported at 5:05 p.m. at 7227 S. Western Ave., just south of Florence Avenue, and was out at 5:30 p.m., said the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Brian Humphrey.
“Firefighters mounted a quick and well-coordinated fire attack, confining flames within one business in the central section of a one-story, L-shaped commercial building,” Humphrey said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation, he said.
