Authorities sought the public’s help Monday to identify a man suspected of threatening an employee at a Palmdale tobacco shop.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the male suspect entered Cig World in the 3000 block of Rancho Vista Boulevard on Nov. 7 and approached an employee while reaching into his waistband.
Moments before exiting the store, the suspect began threatening the employee. Sheriff’s officials said the suspect frequents the area and is known to be a nuisance.
Deputies released a surveillance photo of the man in hopes of generating public tips identifying him.
