Six people were displaced by a residential fire in Riverside Sunday, the Riverside Fire Department announced.
The fire was reported around 9:20 a.m. Sunday at 68 Round Table Dr. where firefighters found a mobile home had a working fire in the wall and in the attic space.
“A truck company was deployed to the roof to perform ventilation and fire attack while engine companies worked on fire suppression and salvage on the interior of the home,” the fire department announced.
It took firefighters approximately 20 minutes to extinguish the fire, and there were no injuries reported.
The displaced residents were housed with family members, according to the Riverside FD.
The cause of the fire was determined to be a failure of equipment or heat source.
