A 43-year-old man deemed gravely disabled and who is under conservatorship was reported missing after last being seen Thursday in Westminster.
Christopher Willie James was last seen Thursday near Richard Way and Trask Avenue around 9:20 a.m., according to Westminster Police Department Sgt. Eddie Esqueda.
James has several medical health complications and is dependent on medication. Detectives described him as a 5-foot-7-inch tall white man weighing 147 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
James also has a martini tattoo on his arm and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, gray shorts, and long black socks.
