A man was shot at a restaurant near Marina del Rey and police Wednesday are continuing their investigation of the shooting.
Los Angeles Police Department officers from the Pacific Division were called to the Behind Closed Doors LA Restaurant at 13484 Washington Blvd. and Del Rey Avenue at around 10:52 p.m. Tuesday regarding a shots fired call. Upon their arrival, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound, LAPD Officer Rosario Cervantes told City News Service.
The victim was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
The suspect ran away from the scene in an unknown direction.
