One person was arrested for driving under the influence and another person was cited for driving without a license at a DUI/license operation in Palm Springs Saturday.
The checkpoint was held at Tahquitz Canyon and Hermosa Drive from 7 p.m. to midnight Friday, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.
A total of 340 drivers went through during the checkpoint.
The next DUI checkpoint in Palm Springs will be held in August.
