A pedestrian was struck by a Pasadena police vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said Wednesday.
The police vehicle struck the pedestrian around 10 p.m. Sunday near Marengo Avenue and Washington Boulevard, according to the Pasadena Police Department.
Police said the officer immediately stopped and rendered aid to the pedestrian, who was taken to a hospital.
The Pasadena Police Major Accident Investigation Team was dispatched to the scene to investigate.
