Authorities sought the public’s help Monday in locating a 60-year-old man with an unspecified medical condition that requires medication who was last seen in Palmdale.

Phillip Joseph Fudally was last seen in the 41000 block of Villa Moura Drive on July 13 around 2 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Fudally was described as a 5-foot-10-inch tall white man weighing 195 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He also has a full beard and a wolf tattoo on a shoulder.

It was unclear what Fudally was last seen wearing before being reported missing.

Sheriff’s officials said Fudally’s family is concerned about his well-being due to his medical condition and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

Investigators believe Fudally is traveling in a gray 2010 two-door Dodge Challenger with red stripes and California license plate 6MUD807.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Fudally was urged to call the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station at 661-272-2400. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or visit lacrimestoppers.org.
