Firefighters from the Riverside County Fire Department battled a brush fire in Mead Valley Saturday.
The fire was reported around 12:25 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Mack Street and Old Elsinore Road, where at least 10 acres of vegetation were burning.
The fire was contained at 63 acres around 4 p.m., according to the fire department.
The cause of the fire was not clear.
No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported.
