Fire damaged a garage and a small portion of the attic space at a home in Riverside, authorities said Saturday
Firefighters dispatched at 8:52 p.m. Friday to the 8800 block of Holly Lane had the fire under control at 9:34 p.m., said Battalion Chief Scott Richmond of the Riverside Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was “failure of equipment or heat source,” according to a news statement.
No injuries were reported.
