Firefighters Saturday knocked down a small grass fire along the Harbor Gateway community of Los Angeles, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 10:42 a.m. Saturday to 600 W. 182nd St., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
“Firefighters will be on scene for an extended period of time to cool all hot spots and complete a bare-soil perimeter around the burned area,” the LAFD’s Lyndsey Lantz said.
No injuries or structure damage were reported.
